On September 7, 2025, the San Mateo Worship Group celebrated its seven year anniversary. We are grateful for those who have been with us through the years–––and we are equally grateful for those who have joined more recently. Transition to online meeting for worship
The San Mateo Quaker Worship Group is meeting virtually via Zoom video-conference every week on Sunday at 10 AM PDT until the shelter in place order for San Mateo County ends and our meeting place reopens.
Shifting meetings for worship to first and third Sundays
The San Mateo Worship Group will be changing its schedule from 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month to 1st and 3rd Sundays beginning June 2, 2019. We will have two meetings in May, 5/12 and 5/26. First Meeting for Worship
The San Mateo Quaker Worship Group held its first meeting for worship on First Day, July 15th, 2018, at Bay Tree Park in San Mateo. In attendance were Mark Matienzo, Meg Given, Steve Harris, Adrina Phipps, Pamela Mery, Peter Rothaug, and Jerry McBride.
